What I was saying (or at least was trying to say), is that the paint looks great under where the bra used to be, but there are small scratches on the clearcoat on the hood (the 3/4 of the hood nearest the driver) where the bra *didn't* cover. I'm assuming these scratches were normal wear and tear on the paint (the car has 107k miles) and it normally wouldn't be noticable because it all would have worn at the same rate... does that make sense? Anyway, this damage was done DBD::ODBC::db prepare failed: (DBD: st_prepare/SQLAllocStmt err=-2) at incl_db.pm line 314. by the previous owner. I took off the bra as soon as I could. Parts of the bra that had become ripped (underneath the front lip) he had held together with black duct tape -- UGH!!! Now I have nice black streaks melted into my front fascia. That's OK... it looks like I've been hitting Auto-X cones ;) At least it will be OK until I can afford a nice Stillen front. Laterz,
Justin
